My work comprises drawings, paintings, and prints on paper and wood panels in various formats, aswell as murals and installations. The work develops in layers. Different types of paint, ink and color pencils - typically in vibrant and fluorescent colors - vary from translucent to opaque. Colored surfaces, bold brushstrokes and delicate markmaking are directly applied in a gestural and spontaneous flow. Abstract shapes of personal symbolism swirl around the paintground and create a sense of movement and speed, following their own gravity.
