Nina Caviezel
The focus of my artistic work is on hybrid media that combine analog and digital characteristics. Through experimental work in the painting studio, at the scanner and in the analog photo lab, I explore the characteristics of the different media, their boundaries, and their relationships to one another. In search of imagery that does justice to the concept of the post-digital, I am particularly interested in the interweaving of painting and digital image and the forms of expression that this can take.
