Josephine Knoll
Josephine Knol has lived in Berlin for 7 years and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Communication Design from FH Potsdam in 2021. Sustainability, environmentalism and social design play a major role in her work: her final thesis dealt with the production process of a pair of jeans, which she translated into a children's book. Josephine tries out herself in a wide variety of fields, always ready to learn new things and meet people. In 2019, during her ERASMUS semester in Poznań, she noticed abandoned chairs by the side of the road. Since then, she has always been on the lookout for this particular photo motif, and develops it further as, for example, a series of colour alienated illustrations.
